CITIZEN Q: Gas is almost $1 a litre. It hasn’t been this cheap in over four years. Earlier this month Canada Post and UPS lowered the fuel surcharges that they tack on to their deliveries because of the plummeting oil prices, but airlines haven’t touched theirs and Marine Atlantic, that runs the ferry between here and Newfoundland, might even up their fuel surcharge as they switch over to diesel.
