CITIZENS AGAINST JUDICIAL IMMUNITY Posted on June 18, 2011 by cajipa I am starting an organization called CAJI in Pennsylvania in order to bring attention to the issue of judicial immunity and the fact that judges are able to violate our civil rights with no consequence. Anyone interested in these issues is familiar with Ron Branson and J.A.I.L. for Judges. He was the pioneer with this issue of judicial immunity. sd-jail4judges.org/ It’s time for PA to catch up. I was told that exposing a dirty judge is as likely as winning the lottery. I’ve discovered that may very well be true. I live in Erie County Pennsylvania. I was a litigant in an ugly medical malpractice suit with details which would destroy the reputation of Saint Vincent Hospital and a Dr. named Dennis Borczon. My case was tossed by Judge Bozza just before trial ironically at the say time my lawyer who represented a United States Congressman who went to prison for racketeering was brought down by the bar association. He eventually went to prison himself. I’ll explain this later. I needed my day in court and became obsessed with the circumstances around the dismissal. I investigated the judge and his co-conspirator and discovered that my case had been fixed. It became obvious to me and I assumed that the situation would be rectified. I’ve watched t.v., the truth always come out. Right? So, I hired a high-profile attorney and filed a civil rights suit naming (now retired) Judge John Bozza as an immune co-conspirator Francis Klemensic and John Quinn Jr. for conspiracy to use a judge. Later, after discovering new information defendants Dennis Borczon and Martin Acri were added. I spent thousands of dollars and got booted at of court almost immediately. I then discovered that the fraudulent case was being used all over Pennsylvania setting a standard for gross negligence and is now used in federal court as well!! There is a screaming conflict for the state of Pennsylvania, although it goes unackowledged. Exposing the truth could overturn judgements and case-law. It could cost some people a whole lot of money and upset the status quo. These people made a mockery of our justice system. My bizarre experience with the civil justice system makes for a great movie of the week but I’ll start with this blog and work my way up. My story has it all, fraudulent documents, ex parte communications, witness intimidation and lies lies and more lies .My goal is to expose dirty judges and the spineless lawyers hiding beneath black robes doing God knows what to negotiate a verdict in their clients favor. Those who abuse the public trust and manipulate the law are criminals. They should be in prison. A large pay check and “important” friends do not put anyone above the law.
