CIV REV DIGEST GUIDELINES There are 52 cases assigned for Wednesday’s meeting. We are 55 in the class so the last 3 cases were assigned to 6 students (meaning 1 case= 2 students) 1. For cases for which 2 students were assigned, kindly coordinate with your group mate. 2. Only ISSUES and RULING/s are needed. 3. As per Atty. Delson’s instructions, only issues related to the topic should be included in the digest 4. The ISSUE should be written in one sentence only. If there are number of issues, kindly enumerate them. 5. For RULING/HELD, one paragraph is needed. TAKE NOTE: COPY PASTE from the original text. However, if there are several issues involved, kindly provide Supreme Court’s RULINGs composed of one paragraph (COPY PASTE) for each issue stated. Example: ISSUES: (1)WON ........ (2)WON..... RULING: (1)The SC ruled in the negative..... (2)The SC held that.... 6. FILE FORMAT: State the number, your name and the case assigned to you (ex. 8_BAYLON_BESOvs.DAGUNAN.doc) Each file should include: (i) Topic for the case assigned to you (ii) Your complete name (iii) Case Title (iv) G.R. No and Date of decision (v) ISSUE (vi) RULING 7. SUBMISSION: Kindly email your digests to jessaanngomez@gmail 8. DEADLINE: All digests must be submitted on June 29, 2014 (SUNDAY) on or before 4:00 pm. Late submissions will no longer be entertained. 9. I will post a copy of the compilation on this group the day after, that is June 30 (MON) 10. Compiled digests shall be emailed to Atty.
