CLADDING & PAINTING COORDINATOR NEEDED NEAR WITBANK. Duties: Strategically lead the Area Team in terms of an integrated high performing team, adequate resources, costs, time frames, quality, delivery and health and safety. Building relationships with all key stakeholders including other project team members, the client and all sub-contractors. Ensuring that all area sub-contractors are effectively supervised to minimize risk. Ensuring that all area contractual obligations of the Project Area are adhered to and effectively supervised. Ensuring that all construction work is effectively carried out and that the scope of work for the area is executed successfully. Ensuring that the area is correctly controlled and adequately manned. Timeous identification of risks and the appropriate mitigation thereof. Ensuring a safe work environment for all on site by ensuring that all the HSE aspects are adequately covered. Compiling high level reports for the Project Manager / Construction Manager. Requirements: 5 – 10 Years industry experience. Min 3 years experience in a supervisory role. Relevant Civil or Mechanical Diploma or Degree. Experience in Project Management. Strategic thinker. Ability to inspire and influence others. Good communicator. Good planning ability. Pro-Active person who takes initiative. Sound judgement. Good problem solving skills. Ability to coordinate and build relationships. Team player. Committed to safety. Market related salary.
