CLARIFICATION for Smoke At The Lodge, Mar 27-28: The Lodge is adding Ribs as a competition category this year. This is not a Rib Throwdown as in the past. Ribs will be part of the competition and thus will count for consideration as Grand Champion. Although cooking ribs is not a requirement (teams must provide their own ribs), the cook team will not be eligible for Grand Champion unless they compete in both categories.
