CLASS UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE - During August TBW on a Sunday at 4pm will NOT be running. For the next two weeks the lovely Dan will be covering Sharons kettlebell class on a Tues am and Lorraine will be covering her Thursday Circuit am class. Our Class timetable will be re-launched in September so keep your eyes peeled at the end of August for our new timetable. Our launch will also see us open our club doors to everyone for some trial classes and for gym usage - we will give you more details closer to the time ! See you in class soon !
