CLEVELAND, OH Ozzie is a young dog, maybe a year old.. he is very smart.. he learns commands, he was found at a construction site and the workers there loved him, played ball with him, but no one could adopt him... Ozzy was brought to the Cleveland Kennel thinking he would surely get a home... a great dog like him. But that was 2 months ago... Ozzy has been overlooked... waiting in that cage for way too long. He is so anxious to get out, he will need time to decompress, relax, so they are recommending a home with no other dogs right now. Who can step up for this wonderful dog... Ozzy is desperate for an Angel right now...
