CLOTHES SHOPPING Had to share this post by a Facebook friend. Its brilliant and hilarious! Thanks Lisa E! Dear Clothing Designers, You suck! After 5 hours at the mall Ive decided that YOU are the people who need an intervention from Stacy and Clinton from What Not to Wear! First of all, I am 40 and have no desire to repeat the fashion trends from my junior high years. Secondly, WHY do you keep making skinny jeans? Seriously... the styles I saw literally included: Toothpick, Matchstick, Skinny, Super Skinny, Ultra Skinny, etc. They look like my seven year old nieces size and she is the only person who actually might look good in them. In case you didnt know, over half of the American population is overweight or obese. Im not a business genius but I would probably design some clothes that actually fit the majority of the population without making them look like stuffed sausages. And I happen to have an ass and some quads... its called being athletic! I did not purchase any of your crap and I am not going to buy in to your distorted view of beauty. You can take your Toothpick jeans and stick them up your ass (if you even have one). Ill just keep working on helping REAL people get healthy and women of all ages get over their body image issues! If you need me Ill be in my basement squatting in my yoga pants. That is all.
