CMM Quality Inspector £27000-£28000 Coventry Job Specification · Use of CMMs with knowledge PC DMis - Essential • APQP for new products, to include generation & development of all documentation. • New Product Project Support, including Customer Parts Quality Function Liaison, Internal & External Tool Trial / Line Trial Support, Trial Data collection & Variation Control. • PPAP . • NVA Reduction Activity Support, Quality Improvement Activity Monitoring & Support • Customer Concern Investigation, Resolution & Response • QA Support to internal departments. • Assist with the maintenance of quality systems and implementation of changes and improvements in line with TS16949. Person Specification • A dynamic enthusiastic candidate should be able to demonstrate a minimum 2 years experience in a quality role within manufacturing industry, preferably automotive based. • Experience of presswork, tooling, assembly and painting processes would be an advantage. • Candidate should be educated to minimum HNC/D level in an Engineering or a quality discipline. • An in depth knowledge of Quality Assurance techniques is required. • Candidate should possess good report skills together with strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, as the position is a customer & supplier facing role. • The successful candidate must have good IT skills working with Microsoft office. • Must be able to drive and have current licence.
