CNC Machine Operator - Job Duties: Set up and operate Manual and CNC lathes, load and unload parts, deburr parts, change tools setting offsets, verify part measurements, detect equipment malfunction, detect out of tolerance conditions, perform assigned preventative maintenance on equipment, maintain work area in safe and clean condition, follow written and oral instructions and take direction from lead operator and supervisor. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years machining experience in precision manufacturing environment. Solid understanding and ability to use shop math and precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tool off setting and basic machine code. Must be able to read, write, and understand technical documentation, process drawings (blueprints), and engineering specifications.
