CNNs monumental social documentary on the 60s is a must see. I give huge praise to the producers, and their incredibly diverse selection of commentary participants. One brief period in time on American TV got me to sit down and cry, A cultural moment in time etched into my brain. My sweet Grandmother, when I was an especially young fella, would drive me and my sister to Dairy Queen, Lenox Mall, and who knows where else, and come spend the night at our house for Thanksgiving and Christmas, with a few popular songs singing in her head. I remember so well, one night looking at the moon from her apartment window and asking if there were really men who landed there. She said yes! They are there right now!!!! I think the next day we all went for ice cream, and this song she sang along with as we listened to her radio in her Comet! Precious memories I will always cherish. Major kudos tonight to CNN for an excellent documentary.
