COAL & POLL !! Neither the BJD lead state govt in Odisha nor the congress lead Union Govt, be able to decide whether the multi crore illegal mining scam probe should hand over to CBI inspite SAHA Commission recommendation for a CBI Probe? A leading media house reported the Union Govt may seek Supreme Court’s direction whether to go for a CBI probe or not. It’s seems to me a clear strategical intention of Congress & BJD to delay the probe at least till coming general election 2014. Alternately if the Union Govt refer this matter to Chief Vigilance Commission (CVC) then the Union Govt is challenging Saha Commission.Intrestingly most parts & contents of the report which the govt has classified as confidential & asked the supreme court not to made it public..Which is a violation of RTI...Saha Commission traced Railway Freight Scam (i.e. the iron ore exporter moved the mineral in rail wagons under domestic movement by showing false excise certificate) but beauty is that Indian Railway has to come forward to initiate the probe by CBI... Why not the union govt order a probe on Railway Freight Scam? To whom they want to save? Those crooks, who present in the state & center cabinate or the billionaire corporate who funds them?
