COCONUT VANILLA BEAN LOBSTER: I created this recipe about seven years ago and its hands-down one of the best lobster dishes Ive created to date! Ingredients: Fresh lobster, coconut milk and Madagascar vanilla bean. Directions: cut lobster down the middle and soak in coconut milk for 30 minutes. Cut vanilla bean down the center and scrape out the raw vanilla and add to the coconut milk and stir for two minutes on low heat. Continue to heat coconut milk, Vanilla bean and lobster on the lowest setting for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour into a dish and let soak for five minutes and serve. This is a fantastic meal for the holidays or for any occasion that calls for something above and beyond deliciousness🎅🍴🍷
