ELIAS PAMA MEMORIAL SPORTS FEST (ANNUAL NAGA CITY INTER BARANGAY SPORTS TOURNAMENT) TIME LINE April 09, 2014 – Blood Letting April 21, 2014 – Last day of submission of entries April 22, 2014 – Screening ( 1 representative per Barangay) April 23, 2014 – Filing of Protest April 24, 2014 – Discussion and Deliberation of Protest April 25, 2014 – Coaches Clinic and Render of Decision April 27, 2014 – Opening, 2pm GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. The Tournament is open to all Naga City Residents ONLY. 2. To become eligible player, he or she should submit the following: a. Voter’s Identification Card / Certification from Comelec that the player is a registered voter of the City. (For 18 years old and above, as of 2013 National Election) b. Certification that the player is a bona fide student of the Naga City Schools. (For 17 years old and below, if the player is schooling and ALS Certification for ALS enrolee.) c. NSO Birth Certificate or LCR Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy). d. Waiver 3. For 18 years old and above players, he / she is required to donate blood that will be facilitated by the Office of Hon. David Casper Nathan A. Sergio. Said donated blood is intended for Barangay needs. If the player is incapable of blood donation, the player shall find qualified donor. 4. All forms shall be submitted along with Punong Barangay’s Certification and School Principal for Schools. 5. For clarification of age, the following shall be followed: a. 6 years old – Born January 1, 2008 b. 7 years old – Born January 1, 2007 c. 8 years old – Born January 1, 2006 d. 9 years old – Born January 1, 2005 e. 10 years old – Born January 1, 2004 f. 11 years old – Born January 1, 2003 g. 12 years old – Born January 1, 2002 h. 13 years old – Born January 1, 2001 i. 14 years old – Born January 1, 2000 j. 15 years old – Born January 1, 1999 k. 16 years old – Born January 1, 1998 l. 17 years old – Born January 1, 1997 m. And so on.. 6. There shall be 1 designated Official Representative from each Barangay who shall be the member of the screening committee. 7. No player shall play for other barangay. 8. No waiver, no picture, no gallery of players, NO PLAY. 9. Non-residents and transient residents of Naga City is not allowed to play. 10. Any team who fields in a player who is not a resident and a voter of the City and not in the entry form shall forfeit it games and will be banned in the tournament. GENERAL EVENTS 1.
