COLD LAKE CHAIRPERSON COLD LAKE LEG MPNMRR WEEKLY HERO This weeks hero for Cold Lake are the seven bands performing for free to raise money for our kids. In no particular order they are: Sound Barrier, Mid Life Crisis, Gravesend, The Entitled. Realm and Sky, Renee Malo and last but not least Jared. Folks, without these talented folks, that total 40 musicians, offering up their time and energy for free there would be no way sufficient money could be raised to have anyone of them let alone all seven perform for our kids. Friday evening starting at 5pm and again on Saturday starting at 5pm as well, the place to be is at the Reads Field House in the Cold Lake Energy Centre. For a mere $5 per person which goes entirely to the kids you get to be entertained by these wonderful people. Come one come all, relax, enjoy the music and support the MPFBC as well the riders travelling across the country. To the 40 members of the bands just named, a big thank you, our hats are off to you. PS. on July 24, 25, 29, and Aug 5 (8 and 8:30 am) Aug 6 and 7 tune in at 8 am to K Rock 95.3 when members of these bands will be providing live on air interviews promoting the weekend and given their reasons why they joined the TEAM.
