COLUMBUS, OH -- Now police are setting up roadblocks in broad daylight to stop drivers, question them, and make them prove their innocence in order to pass down a public street. The federal government subsidizes this unconstitutional behavior through grants. Police justify their behavior by claiming that as long as impaired drivers exist, American citizens can be subjected to government checkpoints on any public street. The idea that police have to observe a traffic infraction before stopping a car has been abandoned. Now everyone gets treated like a criminal. They said that this sobriety checkpoint focused more intensely on drug-impaired drivers than drunk drivers. "We look for physiologic symptoms, look for things out of normal about your appearance, about your relation to time and space and from there we can begin an investigation," said Sgt. Smith. The result of the checkpoint is just more conditioning of Americans to be subjected to unsolicited police attention at any time for any reason. The Feds paid Columbus $250,000 to stop their citizens at checkpoints this week. youtube/watch?v=RGVWsmy_Cs0
