Dumped to this High Kill shelter, with NO OPEN KENNELS, Dogs doubled & tripled up just for space & now face an uncertain fate and NOT A GOOD ONE, unless we raise pledges, find Fosters, Rescues & somewhere safe for them to go FAST!
