COMFORT - a place of physical ease & freedom from pain or constraint (Websters). By human nature we seek the path of least resistance in pursuit of comfort. A comfortable place, lifestyle, church, or pastor with compromise so we dont get our feelings hurt. We frown on opposition, storms, & trials. We cast stones upon our friends and family for pointing out a personal weakness that needs attention. Our pastor attempts to address a character defect, enlighten us with solution and resolve in order to strengthen us for a greater battle, but we change churches and spread rumors. HOW DARE HIM?? God is a Comforter, but HE is also a Developer. In order to be developed, you must experience discomfort. Comfort produces limitations & boundaries called comfort zones. You will never live a radical, sold out lifestyle inside of your comfort zone because your faith is useless inside of your own understanding. Inside of your own understanding the river may trickle but will never flow to the fullness of expectancy because complacency creates stagnation. Stagnation is reinforced by borders & boundaries. If you have borders then you lack trust. Fear of leaving that of which you know says, This is my property line in which I do not cross. A boundary is where you end and someone else begins. We are promised so much but enjoy so little. The barriers need to be removed. Some of us need to broaden our boundaries to include the desert, which is a place of discomfort, uneasiness, & trials. A place where we are not dependent upon ourselves nor man, but a place where we increase our faith by relying solely upon God. May God shake the very foundation of comfort that we have created for ourselves. I declare the limitations lifted & boundaries released so that you may receive the fullness of God. Give us unshakable faith!! Call us out upon the waters, the great unknown, where feet may fail!! Send us to the place that no man would dare to venture! The place of hurting and lost!! I am believing for double portions in 2014. I believe there is a world out there thats dying... I believe God is saying COME, I NEED YOU RIGHT NOW, COME. I believe God is about to invade the earth with supernatural miracles!!! I WANT TO SEE THY KINGDOM COME ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!!! #COME
