COMMERCIALIZATION ASSISTANT Established northern NJ based footwear company is seeking a Commercialization Assistant. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support product development execution and serve as an interface between home office and overseas office • Assist in fit and evaluation of samples, lasts, and patterns to ensure proper fit • Review and manage confirmation samples • Maintain sampling/prototype processes and protocols by tracking samples to ensure on time delivery • Assist with daily communication and follow-up with overseas office • Record all notes from review meetings • Prepare and communicate all fit comments to China and follow up as needed • Compare fit and quality of production to the approval samples • Serve as interface with QC department and overseas factories Qualifications: • Self motivated, task oriented, and able to prioritize tasks as needed • Highly organized and dependable • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Illustrator and Photoshop a plus • College degree preferable TO APPLY: Submit your online profile through StyleCareers or send your resume to: hsnj0627@gmail
