COMMISSIONING PLANNING ENGINEER Location: Geoje KOREA Mobilization Date: 01/07/2013 Duration: 31/01/2016 Rotation: 12 weeks on x 14 days off including traveling days, 6 days /week,10 hours /day JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience in Oil & Gas Industry in a similar or relevant position. Must have good knowledge and skills with Primavera Must have a recognised knowledge on Construction or Commissioning (with preference for commissioning) The Commissioning planner must be skilled in the following competencies: HSSE / Functional/Technical /Methodologies & Tools for Project Resource Planning / Develop Commissioning & Start-Up Plans JOB DESCRIPTION • Working with the CSU management team to develop detailed Commissioning and start-up sequence, logic and planning. • Develop detailed schedules based on the CSU logic. • Monitor and report progress and work front using all tools available on site (TakeoverXp). • Develop CSU milestone schedules. • Develop Weekly, bi-weekly look ahead and monthly look ahead schedules. • Utilising the CSU schedule develop manpower histograms to enable manpower requirements to be satisfied. • Establish the CSU critical path both as a global tool, but also by discipline to ensure the project requires are achieved. • Ensure the CSU schedule reflects the critical simops requires. • With the CSU management team develop a reporting structure.
