COMMUNION SERVIVE WITH PASTOR CHRIS. Pastor Chris started off by sharing some testimonies form Pastor Chris Live which came in as a result of the fasting on the 31st of March. Many testimonies came in as a result of this refreshing exercise of the Spirit. Pastor then started off the Questions and Answers segment by answering the first question from Chiamaka regarding Faith in prayer, to which Pastor Chris answered by saying that it was Jesus that first mentioned while speaking with his disciples that they were unbelieving. The cure for unbelief is the word of God. Faith is not something of the head or the mind, its a response of Gods word. Kings and Prophets also did. Pastor then said some sort of technology could have been used though the bible does not record this but Jesus addressed crowds by the mountain sides and sea sides, as these locations allowed his voice to travel far. Andrew from Nigeria asked concerning marriages in church citing that the Bible doesnt specifically state this. Pastor explained that the church is a nation and a family. Marriage in the house of God is what is really recognized for Christians. Its important that the church recognizes your union. In church, the marriage is made sanctified. This is why even after a traditional marriage, as Christians we must also have the ceremony in the house of God. The church as a body, nation, organisation and organism has certain things that must be done. Chiwendu from Nigeria said from your teaching, the Lordship of Jesus, you said in Genesis, Jehovah Elohim meant God in plurality. Can we use Elohim in praises and worship? Pastor explained that as long as you know the meaning of what youre saying, you can praise God with his names but we cant pray to God, except in the name of Jesus. Sonia from Germany asked how she can relate with the Holy Spirit apart from speaking in tongues? Pastor explained that all she needs to do is talk to the Holy Spirit and study Gods word. When you study the word, you hear the Holy Spirit talking to you. Pastor concluded the Questions & answers Segment by answering the question which read, Even after paying my tithe is it possible that the devourer can still be after my finances? What more must I do in this situation? Pastor read from Malachi 3: 8-11. Explaining that there are different kinds of offerings and its important for us to know what Gods word teaches on this topic. He then explained that when we pay our tithe, not only should we expect God to rebuke the devourer, we should also rebuke the devourer in His name. The bible says whatsoever we bind on earth is bound in heaven. We represent Jesus here on earth before men and before the devourer. Since the Father said that as far as I bring my tithe, the devourer is rebuked, I re-echo it here on earth and it has to be so. The Month of April is a special Month. Gen.21:1-6;PS.126:1 April,THE MONTH OF LAUGHTER. I want You to turn to your Bibles, This is really interesting cause we read from here last month. Genesis 21-1 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. 2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. 3 And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac. 4 And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him. 5 And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him. 6 And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. I want to read you another portion Psalms 126-1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. 2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. 3 The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. 4 Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. 5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. It doesnt matter what you are going through. There is hope for you. This month of April is your Month of LAUGHTER! The glory of God is upon you. And that which you asked the lord for he has given to you. That which you desired, he has given to you. God has visited you. This is your month of Laughter.
