COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION: ****PUBLIC SAFETY OPEN HOUSE**** Just a friendly reminder, the Public Safety Open House for the La Verne Police and Fire Departments will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Public Safety Facitlity at 2061 Third Street in downtown La Verne. Come and get an upclose and personal tour of your public safety facililty. Displays include a police helicopter, a police SWAT vehicle, a search and rescue vehicle, and a shooting simulator (must be 18 to participate). Other activities include a rock climbing wall, a bounce house, mini jet rides and kids fingerprinting. Sign up for emergency noticiations from La Verne Police Department.
