COMMUUNIQUE DE PRESSE CONCOURS ENSEP SESSION 2013 Le Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieure porte à la connaissance des candidats aux concours d’entrée à l’Ecole nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de l’Université de Yaoundé I, qu’un concours est ouvert pour le recrutement de : 1. Deux cent (200) élèves en première année aux : • Titulaire d’un Baccalauréat séries C, D, E, F ou du GCE –A/L obtenu en une seule session • Titulaire de tout autre diplôme admis en équivalence • Elèves des classes de terminales scientifiques et techniques industrielles, séries C, D, E, F, des classes Upper Sixth (VI) scientifiques (pure Mathematics, Physics and Applied Mathematics, or Chemistry) et justifiant qu’ils ont obtenu en une session le GCE –O/L en quatre matières au moins (à l’exception de la matière dénommée « Religious Knowledge) », Le concours se déroulera dans les centres ci-après : Bafoussam, Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Ebolowa, Garoua, Maroua, N’Gaoundéré, Yaoundé et dans les capitales des pays de la zone CEMAC. Il se compose d’une épreuve écrite de mathématiques et d’une épreuve écrite de physique d’une durée de 4 heures chacune et d’égale importance. Il n’y a pas d’examen oral. Le programme est celui des classes de Première et terminale des lycées, séries C et E ; et celui des Lower et Upper Sixth, séries scientifiques pour les candidats anglophones. 2. Vingt-cinq (25) élèves en troisième année aux titulaires : • D’une licence de Mécanique, de physique, de physique et chimie, d’Informatique ou de mathématiques de physique et d’Informatique générales (DEUG) ou de tout autre diplôme reconnu équivalent Le concours se déroulera dans le centre unique de Yaoundé II se compose d’une épreuve écrite de mathématique, d physique et d’Informatique d’une durée de 4 heures chacune et d’égale importance. Les programmes sont ceux des classes uniques aux diplômes ci-dessus indiqués. Les formulaires de candidature et toutes les informations y relatifs sont disponibles aux points ci-après : la scolarité de l’ENSEP ; les Délégations Régionales du Minesec ; les IUT et l’Institut Supérieur du Sahel de Maroua, où à télécharger sur les sites web : minesup.gov.cm; uy.1uninet.cm; polytechcm.org La date limite de recevabilité des dossiers est fixée au 02 juillet 2013 pour la première année et 09 juillet 2013, pour la troisième année. Les dates de déroulement des épreuves desdits concours sont fixées au : Mardi, 09 juillet 2013, pour le concours d’entrée au niveau I et mardi 16 et mercredi 17 juillet 2013, pour le concours d’entrée au niveau III ANNOUCEMENT THE MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION HEREBY ANNOUCES TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES THAT 1. A competitive entrance examination into the first year of the National Advanced School of Engineering (ENSP) of the University of Yaoundé I has been launched for - Final year students of the Baccalaureate C D E F series, as well as those preparing for the General Certificate of Education Advanced level (GCE – A/L) in Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry; who have passed in at least four subjects (Religious Knowledge excluded) at the GCE – O/L in one sitting; - Holders of the Baccalaureate C D E F series or of at least two papers at the GCE – A/L obtained in one sitting, excluding religious knowledge; - Holders of other equivalent certificate recognized by the ministry of higher education; for the admission of two hundred (200) students into the first year of the National Advanced School of Engineering (ENSP) of the University of Yaoundé I for the 2013/2014 academic year and will take place in the following centres: Bafoussam, Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Ebolowa, Garoua, Maroua, Ngaoundère, Yaoundé and in the capitals of CEMAC countries. The examination shall consist of 4 hours written papers in each of Mathematics and Physics, both of equal weighing. The syllabus for the examination is that of the première and terminale C classes, or that of the GCE A/L physics and further mathematics. There shall be no oral examinations. 2. Competitive entrance examination into the third year of the national advanced school of engineering (ENSP) of the university of Yaoundé I has been launched for: - Candidates who are holders of a first degree in Engineering, Physics, Physics –Chemistry, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a diploma from a University Institute of Technology or a Faculty of Science (DUT, DEUG) or any other equivalent diplomas recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education. - Candidates awaiting results for the above certificate examinations, for recruitment of twenty five (25) students into the third year of the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Yaoundé I for the 2013/2014 to take place at the Yaoundé unique centre. The examination shall consist of 4 hours written papers in each of mathematics, physics and computer science, all of equal weighing. - Application forms and additional information can be got from the school’s academic records office, the Regional Delegation of Secondary Education; University Institutes of Technology (IUTs), Institut Supérieur du Sahel Maroua, or can be downloaded from any of the websites: minesup.gov.cm; uy1.uninet.cm; polytechcm.org The completed application files shall be received at the admissions’ office of the National Advanced School of Engineering, Yaoundé, latest the 2nd of July 2013 for the first year and the 9th of July for the third year. The examination shall be written on Tuesday 9th July 2013 for the 1st year and on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 July 2013 for the third year
