COMPLIANCE ORDER FILED: A Cambria County man says he caught video of a company damaging a local river this summer. The Department of Environmental Protection is giving the company 90 days to address its violations of the Clean Water Act. The DEP told Jackalyn Kovac it discovered slag making its way into the Little Conemaugh River, but added it only learned of the violation after Rick Hazlett, of Portage, caught the act on video this summer.
