CONFESSION # 1560 - Ive been bulimic and anorexic since I was in my teen years. I had recovered and all but I fell back not so long ago. My biggest fear is to be fat again. I work out non stop although I binge and purge or fast. I never eat much infront of people or whatever, but once Im alone I get take out, cook, & have my junk food ready. Right now all my friends ask how I lost weight and how I look thinner. And I just smile and laugh. If only they knew... I enjoy being thin though. I have so much self confidence but, I am ashamed of this. I see how they pick on fat people and how us women have to look a certain way. And I was one of the few that listened to the media.
