I have always adored your books, but was emotionally touched when I came across your personal timeline on your website a few years ago. I am an aspiring writer who has always harbored a desire to be an author, but believed my success in life would be defined by how high I could climb the corporate ladder. Majoring in literature and philosophy was too great a risk and so I have two degrees in Finance. In spite of my current career path, my dream of writing a book remained at the back of my mind, and your story inspired me to believe that with hard work and dedication I could achieve my greatest ambition - writing a novel.
