Your submission, Transformation of an Islamic Higher Education Institution in Indonesia through Cooperation with European Universities to Strengthen National Competitiveness ” has been selected for the Indonesia Focus 2014 Conference “Toward a Better Future*: *Embracing Opportunities and Overcoming Challenges in Social, Economic and Political Change in Indonesia.” This year, we had a good number of submissions and we were only able to accept approximately 60% of the abstracts that were submitted. Congratulations on your work being among them! Six points for immediate information: 1) If your abstract/paper is accepted, at least one of your paper’s authors must attend the conference. If there isn’t anyone available to present the paper at the conference, then the abstract/paper must be withdrawn. 2) Please register soon for the conference. All presenters need to register online at www14.indonesiafocus.net/ before August 31, 2014 to receive the discounted registration rate. After August 31, 2014 the registration rate will increase. 3). The conference will be held 2 days on November 7-8, 2014. As of now, we plan to hold the conference beginning the afternoon of November 7th but there might be some changes with the time. The conference will conclude with the closing plenary on Saturday afternoon. 4). The online program will be available about August 31, 2014. At that time, you can go online and search the program for your presentation time(s). 5). If you need a personal letter of invitation, you can email us. Please use these letters to obtain your visas and funding from your university. Visa requirements may have changed recently. Please check these requirements early, as the process now takes much longer to complete if a visa is needed. 6). We do not provide special hotel discount for attendees, but we will provide information on hotels and travel arrangement in our website. 7).
