CONGRATULATIONS SAMEH FOR A WELL DESERVED PROMOTION TO DIRECTOR OF ROOMS. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sameh Abdel Daiem to Director of Rooms. Sameh joined Four Seasons family with the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at First Residence in year 2000 in the position of Retail Agent. His dedication, hard work and passion made of him the perfect candidate to move to Front Office Agent then promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor. He also assisted the opening team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as task force in the Housekeeping department. In 2002, Sameh made another move with the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh in the capacity of Assistant Front Office Manager then promoted to Communications Manager. As a result of his professionalism and hard work he joined another pre-opening team with Four Seasons Hotel Doha in 2005 in the capacity of Night Manager, and then kept on jumping up the ladder to Guest Service Manager, Front Office Manager and finally Concierge Manager in 2010. All of these exposures enriched his experience and resulted in a solid background which made him ready for another move as Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano in September 2012. By the shores of the Mediterranean, Sameh dedicated his time to enrich the guest experience with added value programs and services that made a successful impact, and helped in his finale promotion to Director of Rooms. Sameh is a big fan of football and supports El Ahly soccer team. In his time off, he enjoys playing table tennis and PlayStation. He also want to seize this opportunity to thank his family for their support as they are one of the main reasons behind his success.
