CONGRATULATIONS TO MY STEP FATHER CLIFF FOR TAKING THE VEMMA BODE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE!!! Cliff started at 227lbs and finished at 197lbs for a loss of 30lbs and 13 inches. Cliff has tried many diets over the years and Ive told him diets dont work and that he needed a lifestyle change. So he decided to give Bode a try and was amazed at the results. Now he is educated on how to eat properly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am so proud of you Cliff :D
