CONGRATULATIONS TO TIERNEY! - for winning the RA/RD Staff of the Month Award! Every month nominations are submitted to the Office of Residence Life by all the RAs and RDs throughout campus and Tierney has received the award for October for its work on the Career Week event! - Over 80 students attended the programs. Some of the programs provided include: Career workshops 1 & 2 by career services, interview etiquette, batman and other jobs with Conor OKane and Erin, resume workshop, resume review, LinkedIn workshop, Q&A with a career ambassador, Q&A with a young alumni panel, walk-over to the career fair, and Dress for Success and conquering the interview questions. This week-long event provided students with an opportunity to address concerns that they encounter as sophomores such as: applying for internships, declaring their major, and figuring out what resources Fordham has to offer.
