Conscious Strength restores primal movements by utilizing individual body weight alongside varying levels of tension bands, chin-up bars and wall mounted dip stations. A fun and playful approach to establishing full human movement potential, Conscious Strength meets you right where you are at. It’s non-competitive and anyone can do it. Participants of all ages and fitness levels will: - Progressively develop core strength and mobility – slowly, safely. - Surpass plateaus in an existing Strength or Yoga practice. - Decrease recovery time. - Increase muscle mass and burn fat. - Increase range of motion and decrease discomfort. -Leave feeling strong, calm and energized.
