CONSENTINOS PRICE CHOPPER ON THE AVE AND WILSON BLVD.....I had the most horrific incident happen to me Saturday afternoon...I was escorted out by security not once but twice..This was the worst Customer service employees and manager I had ever encountered in my 62 yrs...It was 100+ degrees, Me with COPD and heart disease, was made to stand outside for a manager to tell my story, I did ask if there was an office to wait in and was told no...went in with the manager to confront the RUDE customer service reps...and YES, according to PC actions, THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG!!! Well in my growing up world, and my family always had their own businesses, this NEVER would have been okay to treat anyone, much less a handicapped elderly person...and then to have employees, supposedly with customer service training, act and talk the way they did to me and accuse me of saying things to them, that didnt happen...very surprised at Consentinos....SOMEONE NEEDS TO REOPEN THE OLD APPLE MARKET UNDER NEW OWNERS AND NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE,THE OLD HISTORIC NORTHEAST NEEDS A NEW GROCERY STORE FOR THE OLD DIEHARDS THAT STAYED HERE AND DIDNT DESERT OUR HOMESTEAD
