CONSISTENCY IS KEY to everything. This includes your health and wellness. You must be CONSISTANT in your efforts - whether it is exercise, meditation, yoga, or getting regular treatments. There is nothing that will come to you without being consistent. Get over the idea of instant gratification - because it does not exist. If you seek instant gratification you will continue to seek in it everything, which will lead you down the road of emptiness. You cannot do one yoga class and expect it to change your life or body forever, its a consistent practice that is life changing. You cannot expect to go to a practitioner and in one visit are cured of all your ailments. Consistently moving in the direction you want to be, with the guidance of teachers - you WILL get there.
