A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Amendment X. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Art I Sec 8 Cl 15: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions; Art I Sec 8 Cl 16: To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress; Articles of Confed Art VI Cl 4: . . every State shall always keep up a well-regulated and disciplined militia, sufficiently armed and accoutered, . . Virginia Const Decl of Rights Sec 13: That a well-regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state; . . ------------------- Bottom Line: No revitalization of Constitutional Militia composed of the body of the People per the above, by the States pushed by the People = No restoration of Constitutional Security, no restoration of Constitutional Enforcement, and no restoration of Constitutional Money per Art I Sec 8 Cl 5 and Art I Sec 10 Cl 1, by the States pushed by the People.
