COOKING QUESTION #3 Hi, whats the best way to cook the stuffed mushrooms? I grilled them but the middle was only lukewarm. And do you have any other flavours, garlic etc? Thanks ANSWER: Hi, I find that you need to take the mushrooms out of then fridge about 30mins before cooking. Brush the cap with some oil or melted butter and place on a preheated baking tray. Under a medium grill, I would easily give them 10mins (if not 15), with the baking tray in the lowest position. Turn the heat to high for the last minute, until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Alternatively, you could pop them in a preheated oven @200C for 20-25mins. With regard the flavours, the stuffing is made in large batches, so if there was demand, or a customer wanted a large quantity, then we would happily make a different flavoured stuffing :-) Theres a lot of flavours/stuffing fillings to choose from.
