COOPERS 6 MONTH MARK On July 2nd 2014 i reported to the Mexico MTC to begin my 2 year missionary service for the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. I was called to serve in Southern Ecuador and to preach the gospel of jesus christ in the spanish language. I left Family, friends, school, work, my girlfriend (who is still writing me and saying she will be around when i get back), pretty much my whole life. For those of you who are not members of my faith this is something very strange, to take two years out of my life to teach about God, unpaid, and in pretty substandard conditions. But for those of you who are of my faith this is exactly what is expected. That i take two years of my life and dedicate them 100% to the Lord, to serve him and bring others unto him. To bring them happyness and joy that can only be found in the TRUE church of Jesus Christ. In short, there is nothing else i would rather be doing right now. So january 2nd was my 6 month day (and also my moms Bday! Happy Bday Mom!), so by tradition i got to burn a tie, and all 5 of my agendas up to that point, here are some photos, definatly doesnt feel like 6 months! HOLY COW TIME FLYS!
