CORE BLASTING TO THE MAX. An all-new core routine, incorporating dumbbells in all the exercises, was introduced 4 the 1st time 2 six lucky TacFitters - Mr Chiew, Ryan, Sin Yee, Chris, Vincent and Gordon - at BJ Park this evening. The exercises zeroed in on the upper and lower rectus, obligues (side abs) n serratus (upper side abs), gluteals, hips n erector. With the added resistance fr the dumbbells, high n fast reps, the routine touched the transcendent level, meaning theyve 2 execute the exercises past their threshold level by a rep or two. Its at the transcendent level that the most strength gain is obtained. Of course not all of them were able 2 hit the transcendent level in all the exercises but Gordon, Ryan n SinYee did show encouraging results by staying almost 75% of the hard and tough routine. Mr Chiew (elder brother of Ryan) also showed courage and toughness to accomplish almost 70% of the complete set of exercises. Chris and Vincent were able to stay 60% of the course.
