CORE-lation Challenge Day 17: If you dont mind, Im goin to start posting food and workout together for the day...that way you guys dont have to keep checking in as often :) Workout: total body *spider pushup- start at plank, bring foot to hands, rotate side..once you get this down, add the pushup! *hop, hop, squat- twisting motion works core..hops and squat work legs...multiple groups means scorching calories! *jump squats- the more you do it, the better you will be, every day is leg day! *plank to pike - core builder right there, jump back and forth...beginners wall up and back ------------------------------------------------------- Need a way to trick your kids into eating healthier? Try this recipe to substitute potatoes :) Roasted Cauliflower Mash: 1 (2-lb.) cauliflower, cut into small florets, discard stem 4 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. sea salt ¼ tsp. granulated garlic (optional) 2 Tbsp. low-sodium organic vegetable broth 1.
