CORRUPTION AT GDC IS THE MOTHER OF CORRUPTION IN KENYA! #WhySimiyuMustGo Now, Geothermal Development Company claims the reason why Kenyans have not witnessed a significant reduction in their power power bills is because, Kenyans have increased usage of electric power since the government announced power will be reduced by 30% by close of 2014 after the company (GDC) injects over 120MW they promised Kenyans by 2014. What an insult to Kenyans? I can confirm to GDC, now and if possible come to my house and verify, i have not added any electrical appliance nor added usage of power in my house, actually my power consumption is less my home theatre during the month of December which was not functioning, but my December power bill was higher than November. Geothermal Development Company, under the leadership of Dr. Simiyu, has been using propaganda to cover up huge corrupt deals happening in the company. The company had promised Kenyans that by close of 2014, they shall inject 120MW into the National Power grid, but nothing has been injected. They even organised a propaganda function, called the president to commission the injection, instead, they heated some water, emmitted some steam and lied to the president that, that the steam power Kenyans have been waiting for. What a con?!!! Dont forget that the government has paid together with partnerships over Ksh.50 Billion to GDC to dig wells for Steam power. So far, the money cannot be accounted for. If Kenyans do not demand exit of Dr. Simiyu from the helm of GDC, Kenyas cost of power will continue to rise and loose loose Billions of shillings which was given on Loan to GDC to drill wells to generate Steam Power. Who is this protecting Simiyu at GDC to fleece Kenyans of Billions of Shillings? VIA Chege Wa Macharia. What is your take on Cheges sentiments?
