The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 4 years Senior Management experience, exposures to sales, marketing and tendering for different types of contracts. Public relations with clients are an essential functions as well as experience in a broad range of food and beverage operations, this should also include quality assurance and the management of a multi racial workforce.
