COURSES OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT: FUNDAMENTALS IN CULINARY ARTS (Commercial Cooking NC II) -- twenty (20) full hands-on sessions; classes will be held once a week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Classes start APRIL 30, 2014 (WEDNESDAY CLASSES). Course fee covers students full uniform set, ingredients needed for the class, and other tools and materials for the course. Class size is limited to FOURTEEN (14) students only; slots are available; enrollment ongoing. ---- COMMERCIAL BREADS -- a SHORT COURSE on commercial, panaderia-type breads. Learn the popular best-sellers like loaf bread, pan de siosa, cinnamon rolls, empanada, pan de coco, adobo rolls, spanish bread, pandesitos, pinagong, monay, boat tarts, egg pie, cashew tarts, hamburger buns, hotdog rolls, panaderia donuts, masapodridda, camachile, uraro, sanikulas, puff pastries, croissants, danish, and more. Five (5) whole-day, full hands-on sessions, held once a week from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Classes start APRIL 28, 2014 (MONDAY CLASSES). Course fee covers uniform, ingredients, course materials, and students certificate of completion. FOUR (4) full hands-on sessions; meets once a week from 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Classes start APRIL 29, 2014 (TUESDAY CLASSES). Class size is limited to FOURTEEN (14) students only; slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. ---- WILTON METHOD COURSE 1: DECORATING BASICS -- For those who have been inquiring about cake decorating classes FOR BEGINNERS, this is the course for you! Classes will be held for two (2) CONSECUTIVE half-days -- MAY 1 and 2, 2014 (THURSDAY and FRIDAY) from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM; full hands-on. THIS WILL BE THE LAST COURSE 1 CLASS FOR THIS SUMMER. Course 1 is a prerequisite to all our cake decorating courses. Course fee includes Wilton Course 1 tool kit, Wilton certificate, ingredients, and materials for the class. Class size is limited to TEN (10) students only; slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment ongoing. ---- WILTON METHOD COURSE 2: FLOWERS and CAKE DESIGN -- Open for enrollment to those who have taken up Course 1: Decorating Basics. Classes will be held for two (2) CONSECUTIVE half-days -- MAY 29 and 30, 2014 (THURSDAY and FRIDAY) from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM; full hands-on. In this course, you will learn to work with royal icing and create various icing flowers such as pansies, lilies and the Wilton Rose. This course includes an introduction to gum paste as well. Course fee includes Wilton Course 2 tool kit, Wilton certificate, ingredients, and materials for the class. Class size is limited to TEN (10) students only; slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment ongoing.
