COURTESY LISTING: I work for Early Head Start in Twin Falls, Idaho, and am visiting a family in crisis. They have a 4 year old, neutered male chihuahua/ min pin mix who is in need of a home. He is a sweet boy, and OK with children and dogs. He loves nothing better that lap time! However, he may have been traumatized in some way in the past and is somewhat timid with new people. His family hates to give him up, but they will probably need to go to the shelter themselves to live. They are reluctant to take him to the local Humane society, as he might be put down, and with his timidity it would be very difficult for him. Would your organization be able to help this little guy, or would you have any other suggestions for this family? Thanks so much for your time!
