COURTESY POST... It truly pains us to not be able to help this poor dog. He just breaks our hearts but we are bursting at the seams and just cant take him at this time. All we can do is provide a courtesy post and hope that it reaches someone that can help. Plea from the shelter: Tiny Tim was picked him up at an apartment complex (911 call). His chain was wrapped between two trees and he was quite angry/scared & wouldnt let anyone get close. The chain itself had a blue canvas collar that was so tight we had to cut it off with scissors. His collar appears to have been welded onto him!! It was a fabric collar but the O-Ring was fused closed so it couldnt be removed and was attached to a chain, which was broken. Children in the complex must have been throwing rotten tomatoes at him because he had some stuck in his fur and there were tomatoes all over the embankment where we picked him up. He is so skinny that you can see his ribs and spine through his thin skin. He is limping on a back leg and we have no medical budget to have his leg examined. He desperately needs a rescue!!
