COURTS TO DECIDE FATE OF ASHOK MOHANANI & HIS TEAM MATES The City Civil court at Dindoshi heard at length the petition moved by a member for disqualification of Ashok Mohanani & his team mates namely Rajesh Gursahani, Amar Bachani, Vivek Devnani (Polly Devnani), Rajesh Mehta & Dinesh Merani for committing gross violations of the Constitution & Rules of Khar gymkhana under Rule 126 and the matter has been kept for orders. The above mentioned contestants were indicted in the recently tabled Investigation Committee report for brazen, mass violations and breaking almost every Rule in the Admission process during their past tenure. This raises a big question mark on whether Ashok Mohanani & his team mates would be allowed to contest the forthcoming elections on 29th September 2013 or they would be disqualified?.
