COURTSHIP: TO KISS OR NOT TO (Part 1) (Lets reason together) Sometimes when I come on Facebook, I see people post the question about whether its right for Christians to kiss during courtship or not. Well, some may say once it isnt boldly written in the Bible, then it isnt wrong, but I want us to look at this matter closely... Actually, Ill start by asking: What do u want to do with another persons body fluid (i.e saliva) when u arent married to him yet? Doesnt it seem disgusting to u? That ure courting doesnt mean ure ONE with him already. I do understand that at heightened emotion, u might not see it that way but if u keep this slogan at d back of ur mind: IM NOT MARRIED TO HIM UNTIL WE ARE MARRIED it will probably help you to put things in d right perspective, and prevent u from crossing the line; no matter what ur emotion says! Moreover, its no news that a courtship did not lead to marriage. So, may I ask: If u have to break that courtship for one reason or d other, how will u feel when u see him afterwards? Wont u feel ashamed to relate with him? Are u sure u wont feel that uve soiled ur dignity and respect before him by engaging in that? Can u still stand tall before him like a lady should? How will u feel when such memories play back in ur mind?......Kindly ruminate on these! In addition, can u kiss a man without his hands wandering about on ur body? So, what else have u not done if he has browsed and visited almost all d websites on ur body with his hands; without taking u to d altar? The truth of d matter is KISSING DURING COURTSHIP IS NOT RIGHT! A lot of Christians thought they could stop at mere kissing but have themselves to blame today, but d question is: Why arouse yourself when u know u arent ready to go all d way? How can u set fire in ur bosom and expect not to be burnt? To be continued......
