COWGIRLS UNTAMED TIP OF THE DAY Have you taken your leather fringed jacket out for winter and the fringe looks like a bad hair day? With a wet rag or sponge, wipe the fringe down with water until it flattens out. Let dry. If its suede, be sure to dampen all of them, as it may change the color slightly.
