CPAP STRUGGLE. Hi folks. I hope you can advise me on this please. My grandad has been diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine to use. He now has a humidifier with it, full face mask and as he found the ramp feature suffocating I have turned it off for him. He cannot get on with the machine, but the problem is he will not persevere and give it a fair chance. He used the machine for only 2 hours the other night admittedly with the ramp switched on, but even so 2 hours is not enough to get used to the machine . What would you suggest?
