CPAU and Twan Media Organises a Program on Women’s Educational Rights from an Islamic Perspective: Under the GKSP-II program, Cooperation for Peace and Unity (CPAU) conducted the Inaugural Conference in Balkh Province on 24th and 25th June 2014. The main subject was “Women’s Educational Rights From An Islamic Perspective”. The overwhelming support from Balkh Islamic Scholars, Government Officials, Civil Society and Local Communities enabled CPAU to conduct this conference successfully. Participants had shown their enthusiasm and active participation during the two-day conference, they demonstrated their dedication to the process of religious moderation and women’s education. These contributions have been instrumental in maintaining good participation level of people in the conference.
