CPT Examination Form submission for December, 2014 attempt has started from 07th October, 2014 and is open till 28th October. Form can be filled online also at icaiexam.icai.org by paying just Rs. 500/- using either VISA or MASTER Credit/ Debit Card and additional fee of Rs.500/- (i.e. cost of application form fee) shall not be charged. Physical forms can also be collected from Amritsar Branch of NIRC by paying Rs.1000/- (500 examination fee and 500 cost of form). There is NO PROVISION of submission of Examination Form with late fee. So, the last date for reaching the form to ICAI is 28th October, 2014.
