#CPorgInspiration — 17-year-old Taylor Scruggs was born with CP. Her doctor said she would never be able to walk or talk. Seventeen years later, Taylor defied the odds as she walked across the stage to receive her high school diploma - with honors - one full year ahead of her classmates. Despite a school ill-equipped for individuals with physical disabilities and classmates who teased her or even knocked her down, Taylor managed to take on a rigorous schedule of Advanced Placement and honors courses during her junior year and completed her remaining courses through night school. Today, Taylor is mentoring another child with CP.
